New Members Welcomed Across the District

· 2 min read

The District of South West Lancashire is pleased to report a thriving membership across our Chapters, with a number of new members having been perfected during the current season.

A Warm Welcome

Each new member brings fresh energy and enthusiasm to our Order. The Ancient and Accepted Rite continues to attract Master Masons of the highest calibre, drawn by the beauty and depth of our ceremonies and the genuine fellowship that exists between members.

“To be perfected into the Rose Croix is to embark upon a journey of profound spiritual reflection. We welcome every new member with open arms and look forward to walking this path together.”

The Journey of Membership

For those unfamiliar with the process, becoming a member of the Rose Croix begins with an approach to a local Chapter, usually through a proposer who is already a member. The candidate must be a Master Mason in good standing and profess the Christian Trinitarian faith.

Once proposed and seconded, the candidate is balloted for at a regular meeting of the Chapter. If successful, a date is arranged for the ceremony of perfection — one of the most beautiful and moving ceremonies in all of Freemasonry.

Interested in Joining?

If you are a Master Mason and would like to learn more about the Rose Croix, we encourage you to visit our contact page or speak to a member of your local Chapter. Enquiries are always welcome.
