All proceeds from the auction and raffle will be directed towards local charitable causes, continuing the proud tradition of benevolence that lies at the heart of our Order.

Ticket Information

Tickets are priced at £55 per person, which includes the three-course dinner, a welcome drink, and wine with the meal. Tables of eight and ten are available for those wishing to book as a group.

Early booking is strongly recommended as the event has sold out in previous years. To secure your place, please contact the District Secretary or your Chapter Recorder.

Dress Code

Gentlemen are requested to wear black tie. Ladies, evening dress. This is always one of the highlights of the District calendar and we look forward to welcoming as many members and their partners as possible.

District Charity Raises £25,000 for Local Hospice

The District of South West Lancashire is proud to announce that its year-long charitable campaign has raised over £25,000 for Queenscourt Hospice in Southport. The funds were raised through a combination of Chapter donations, individual contributions, and a series of fundraising events held throughout the year.

A Collective Effort

Every Chapter in the District contributed to the campaign, demonstrating the strength of fellowship and shared purpose that characterises the Rose Croix. From sponsored walks along the Sefton coast to quiz nights and raffles, members found creative and enjoyable ways to support the cause.

The Inspector General expressed his heartfelt thanks to all who contributed, noting that the total significantly exceeded the initial target of £15,000.

Making a Difference

Queenscourt Hospice provides specialist palliative care to patients and their families across Southport, Formby, and West Lancashire. The funds raised by the District will support the hospice’s vital work, including its community nursing service and bereavement support programme.

A presentation ceremony will be held at the hospice in the coming weeks, at which the Inspector General will formally hand over the donation on behalf of the District.
